Russian millionaire Anton Cherepennikov, who had links to Russia's security services, was found dead in 'mysterious' circumstances in Moscow, state media reported. The 40-year-old ran ICS Holding, the firm reportedly used by President Vladimir Putin for spying on citizens' phone and internet communications. The cause of his death, as per preliminary assessment, was found to be a cardiac arrest.
