Minister orders crop damage survey amid rain deficit in Mysuru

Urban Development Minister Yathindra Siddaramaiah has directed officials to conduct a detailed survey of crop damage caused by deficient rainfall in parts of Mysuru district and submit a report to the government at the earliest. Yathindra toured Hunsur, Periyapatna and KR Nagar taluks on Friday to assess the drought-like situation and understand the difficulties faced by farmers.
