Israel's minister Itamar Ben-Gvir popped a champagne in celebration inside Knesset, Israeli parliament, after the country passed law making death by hanging a default sentence for Palestinians convicted in military courts of deadly attacks. Far-right lawmaker Limor Son Har-Melech smiled through tears. PM Benjamin Netanyahu came to the Knesset to vote for the bill in person.
