The Karnataka Police Department suspended Police Inspector Shankar Nayak from the Bidadi police station on Thursday. The suspension, executed by IGP (Central Range) Ravikanthe Gowda, follows allegations of the misappropriation of Rs 75 lakh in recovered funds related to a theft case.
