Mithun Chakraborty's father Basantakumar Chakraborty passed away on April 21 in Mumbai at the age of 95. "My grandfather passed away last evening due to kidney failure," Mithun's son Namashi Chakraborty told PTI. Namashi added that his father, Mithun, is stuck in Bengaluru due to the ongoing nationwide lockdown and is trying to reach Mumbai for the last rites.
