US' 27-year-old MMA fighter Blake Perry's face was disfigured after having his nose shattered during his defeat to Marcel McCain in A1 Combat 4 MMA tournament. The incident happened in first round when McCain hit Perry's face with a knee. Blake wanted to continue the fight but wasn't allowed. "I'm healing up quick," Blake wrote on Instagram sharing videos.
