A 17-year-old migrant worker from Assam, accused of sexually assaulting minor girls, was beaten to death by an angry mob in Roing, Arunachal Pradesh. After his arrest under POCSO Act, the mob gathered outside the Police station. The mob overpowered the police personnel on duty, and dragged the accused outside. He was beaten severely leading to his death.
