Mobileye CEO, who led biggest US IPO by an Israeli firm, quits

Amnon Shashua, CEO of Israel-based driver-assistance systems supplier Mobileye since founding it in 1999, is stepping down from the role. Shashua led the biggest US IPO by an Israeli company in 2014 before selling Mobileye to Intel for $15.3 billion in 2017. He will remain CEO until a successor is appointed and has been offered the role of chairman thereafter.
