Yulia Tarasevich, a runner-up in the Mrs Russia-International contest held two years ago, has filed a complaint against two doctors after botched plastic surgery allegedly left her unable to close her eyes or smile. The doctor claimed that the complications arose from an undetected genetic condition. The 43-year-old said she has spent ₹20 lakh to recover from the damage.
