The body of a Haryana-based model named Sheetal was found with her throat slit in a canal in Haryana's Sonipat, two days after she went missing, officials said on Monday. Sheetal's family said she was last seen with her boyfriend and had video-called her sister, saying he was assaulting her. Her boyfriend's car was reportedly found submerged in another canal.
