Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel earned a salary of $1.5 million in 2022, a 50% hike over his 2021 salary, and also made $393 million by exercising stock options, according to Moderna's security filings. This is over 12,000 times of what an average minimum wage worker made in 2022, according to reports. Bancel owns stocks worth at least $2.8 billion.
