BJP's PM candidate, Narendra Modi, who was supposed to hold two rallies in Varanasi on Thursday, has been denied permission for one of the rallies, the party said on Wednesday. BJP spokesperson Nirmala Sitharaman said that, it was for the first time a candidate was denied permission to hold a rally in his own constituency.
