Modis Navnirman Limited has been appointed as the developer for the redevelopment of New Chitra Co-operative Housing Society in Kandivali West, Mumbai. As a result, it jumped 4.12% to ₹331. It will be redeveloping the housing society into a modern commercial-residential tower on 2,300 square metre of land with an estimated ₹160 crore Gross Development Value (GDV).
