Former Real Madrid midfielder and Croatia captain Luka Modric has joined AC Milan on one-year deal with an option to extend until 30 June 2027. The Ballon d'Or winner has made 597 appearances for Real Madrid in 13 years, scoring 43 goals and winning 28 trophies including six Champions League titles. Modric is Croatia's most capped player of all time.
