The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has acquired 174 hectares in Mogharpada, Thane, for largest integrated metro car depot in Mumbai. This major project will serve Metro Lines 4, 4A, 10, and 11, enhancing connectivity across the eastern suburbs. With a ₹905 crore investment, the depot promises streamlined operations and better commuter safety.
