Former India batter Mohammad Kaif has named his all-time IPL XI, which includes five Indians and six foreigners. Kaif named Chris Gayle and Rohit Sharma as openers, and MS Dhoni as the wicketkeeper-captain of the side. Other players include Virat Kohli, Suresh Raina, AB de Villiers, Andre Russell, Rashid Khan, Sunil Narine, Jasprit Bumrah and Lasith Malinga.
