Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor said that people in Bihar want to get rid of smart meters. He stated that money is being collected from people through prepaid meters. "Ministers do not have prepaid meters installed in their homes, but the electricity of poor people is being cut off based on prepaid meters," he stated.
