Actress Rupali Ganguly, known for the show 'Anupamaa', has said that people spend so much money on crackers which literally goes up in smoke. She further said that old and sick people and animals bear the brunt of it. "I am not a cracker fan and don't understand why people single out only Diwali while banning them," Rupali added.
