Consumer lending startup Moneyview has become a unicorn after raising ₹38.64 crore from its existing investors Accel India and Nexus Venture Partners. Moneyview's board approved a special resolution to issue 60.23 lakh equity shares at an issue price of ₹64.15 each to raise funds. The company's post-allotment valuation is around $1.2 billion, as per TheKredible.
