The Monkey Festival in Thailand's Lopburi resumed on Sunday after a two-year pause caused by the pandemic. The monkeys feasted on two tonnes of fruits and vegetables as part of the festival. The feast, which cost over 1,00,000 baht ($3,000), is an annual tradition for locals to thank the monkeys for doing their part in drawing in tourists to Lopburi.
