The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Friday declared that the monsoon has arrived in Delhi. In an official statement, the weather department said the Southwest Monsoon has further advanced into the entire Delhi region. In the early hours of Friday, the monsoon's first rainfall lashed Delhi, causing waterlogging and traffic jams in several areas of the national capital.
