The meteorological centre in Patna has said that the monsoon is likely to arrive in Bihar by June 15, which is the normal date of commencement of the rainy season in the state. "The southwest monsoon usually enters Bihar through northeastern districts and covers the entire state in two to three days," an official at the weather centre said.
