Restoration work on rain-damaged roads in the Seraj region of Mandi district is progressing steadily, even four months after the devastating monsoon disaster that caused extensive damage across Himachal Pradesh. The Public Works Department (PWD) has managed to restore the majority of the roads in the Seraj valley, while maintenance and strengthening work continue at several critical points.
