Mood and daily exercise closely linked and interdependent: Study

A study published in 'Nature Human Behaviour' found that people's mood was found to improve daily after physical exercise and people feeling positive were more likely to exercise daily. The study's co-author said this showed that even small amounts of daily movement can impact how people feel. The study analysed data of over 8,000 participants from 67 research groups worldwide.
