Morgan Stanley is acting as Elon Musk's lead adviser in his $44 billion Twitter deal. Bank of America and Barclays have also advised him. At least nine other banks are reportedly helping Morgan Stanley, Bank of America and Barclays provide $25.5 billion in debt for the deal. Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and boutique investment bank Allen advised Twitter.
