Morgan Stanley's CEO James Gorman will receive a total compensation of $35 million for 2021 and is expected to be the best-paid CEO of a US bank for another year. The bank has raised his compensation 6% for 2021. The package includes annual base salary of $1.5 million, a cash bonus of $8.38 million and equity awards of $25.13 million.
