Morning coffee may help slow ageing when consumed in the right amount. According to researchers from King’s College London, caffeine and antioxidants in coffee reduce inflammation, support cell repair, improve metabolism and protect against age-related decline. However, benefits depend on moderation - too much can backfire, increasing stress, disrupting sleep and accelerating ageing.
