The mortal remains of Kerala native Nivin Dalwin were handed over to his family on Monday. Nivin, who was 23 years old, was one of the IAS aspirants who died after the basement of Rau's coaching centre got flooded in Delhi after rain. Nivin's family reached Delhi's RML Hospital on Monday morning. Nivin hailed from Ernakulam.
