Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has proposed development of two multimodal logistics parks (MMLPs) with one each in Hyderabad and Patna. In the 95th meeting of the Network Planning Group, it evaluated several infrastructure projects in metro rail, road transport & highways and logistics parks. These MMLPs are expected to handle 7MMT cargo by 2071.
