MosChip Technologies Limited shares hit a 5% upper circuit at ₹226.15 on Thursday, after reporting a rise in net profit by 144% QoQ and 170% YoY, while the revenue from operations increased by 56% QoQ and 75% YoY in in Q2FY25. With a market cap of ₹4,291 crore, the shares of MosChip opened in the green at ₹216, up by nearly 0.3 percent.
