A strong overnight cyberattack hit electronic voting systems in Moscow on the second day of voting, Russian authorities said, adding that the situation was under control. Russian President Vladimir Putin accused Ukraine of trying to "hinder" the polls. Russia is holding a three-day parliamentary election, its first since the Ukraine war began in 2022, with about 111 million eligible voters.
