Kozhikode Police arrested Shamshad, a Wayanad resident suspected in nearly 100 cases, for allegedly targeting mosques and schools for theft. Police said he was involved in over 15 robberies after his recent release from jail. He allegedly broke donation boxes using tools and operated across multiple Kerala districts before being caught by a special team.
