Kyndryl recently launched its People Readiness Report 2025, exploring how enterprises worldwide are aligning their workforce strategies with the rise of AI. The report highlights that while adoption is high, workforce preparedness remains a critical gap. In India, 97% of organisations have implemented AI, 95% have set up governance frameworks, and 72% are focused on upskilling existing talent.
