Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that most women (46.32%) left home for 'love affairs', while most men (32%) left their homes due to domestic issues from 2021-26 in Maharashtra. He said that 20% of women left home for ‘family problems’ while 2% left over ‘mental stress’. In most of the cases, people voluntarily fled from home, he added.
