A child murder case was reported in Kerala’s Ernakulam district. A woman named Sandhya allegedly killed her own four-year-old daughter, Kalyani, by throwing her into a river. Sandhya later confessed to the crime, and a relative was also detained after autopsy reports revealed signs of physical abuse on the child.
