Motilal Oswal gets SEBI nod to start custody business in Q4

Motilal Oswal Financial Services' subsidiary MOCSPL has received SEBI approval to operate as a securities custodian. The business will provide safekeeping, trade settlement, corporate action, and regulatory reporting services to institutional clients, with operations planned to start in Q4 2026 after completing readiness requirements.
