Ten days after Brendan Eich resigned as the CEO, Mozilla Corporation has named long-time executive Chris Beard as its interim chief executive. Beard has also been appointed to the board of directors of the company. Before this appointment, Beard was the chief marketing officer at Mozilla. He has led the Firefox product, marketing and innovation teams in the past.
