Mozilla announced it's shutting down two of its services: Firefox Send and Firefox Notes. Launched in March 2019, Firefox Send was a tool for encrypted file sharing. Earlier this year, Mozilla had paused it while it was investigating reports of abuse. Mozilla said Firefox Notes was initially meant to be an experiment for testing new ways to sync encrypted data.
