An Assistant Sub-Inspector in Madhya Pradesh accidentally slipped into the Tapi River during a Home Guard rescue drill. The ASI fell into the river while throwing a rescue rope, turning the mock exercise into a real rescue operation as personnel rushed to pull him out of the fast-flowing river. He escaped without serious injuries, and the incident was captured on video.
