Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav on Saturday announced a statewide ban on the sale of cough syrup 'Coldrif', following the deaths of at least nine children in Chhindwara. A ban is also being imposed on the sale of other products from the company that manufactured the syrup. A team has been formed at the state level to investigate the matter.
