MP child's vision loss linked to malnutrition, not drops

A probe into a 19-month-old child's vision loss in Madhya Pradesh found severe malnutrition and vitamin A deficiency, leading to corneal ulcers, as the likely cause. Officials said saline nasal drops were not responsible. The child is being treated at AIIMS Bhopal, while investigations into how the drops were administered continue.
