CM Mohan Yadav-led Madhya Pradesh government has approved the ban on liquor in 17 religious cities across the state. "In first phase, liquor shops would be shut down in Nagar Palika, Nagar Parishad, Nagar Panchayat of 17 cities," CM Mohan said. The cities include Ujjain, Mandla, Multai, Mandsaur, Chitrakoot, Amarkantak, Maheshwar, Omkareshwar, Mandleshwar and Barmankhurd, ABP News reported.
