Akanksha Chaturvedi, an 18-year-old NEET aspirant from Madhya Pradesh, allegedly died by suicide in Nagpur after reportedly slipping into depression over the NEET paper leak controversy. In a handwritten note, she apologised to her parents and said she lacked the courage to retake the exam. Her family had reportedly borrowed nearly ₹3 lakh for her preparation.
