Acting on a tip off, police officers in Madhya Pradesh's Seoni seized a car carrying hawala cash. Instead of following due procedure, officers took money with them. Later, the officers allegedly struck a 50-50 deal with the hawala operator when he came to police station. An FIR has been registered against 11 officers and five have been taken into custody.
