Union Minister Nitin Gadkari and Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav inaugurated the state's longest flyover in Jabalpur. The 192-metre single-span cable-stayed bridge was built over a railway line. It was built at a cost of ₹1,200 crore. The 7-km-long flyover will cut travel time between Madan Mahal and Damoh Naka from 40-45 minutes now to just 6-7 minutes, officials said.
