A panel constituted by the MP government to prepare a draft Uniform Civil Code (UCC) bill submitted its final report to CM Mohan Yadav on Monday. The panel, in its report, recommended the exclusion of Scheduled Tribes from the proposed UCC. The proposed bill has four parts, 404 sections, and seven schedules in light of prevailing laws of the state.
