Indian IT firm Mphasis has filed a lawsuit against Coforge in a US court, alleging that the latter hired employees in violation of contract restrictions and misused confidential data. Mphasis seeks to prevent its Vice President, Brijesh Khergamker, from working with a mutual client of both firms. The lawsuit also seeks the return of any confidential information.
