BJP leader Amit Malviya shared a video of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi seemingly forgetting to shake hands with pro-tem Speaker Bhartruhari Mahtab following his oath in the Lok Sabha. Sharing the video, Malviya wrote, "Mr Bean of Indian politics." Notably, Rahul won both the Rae Bareli and Wayanad Lok Sabha seats but vacated the latter as per the rules.
