Tyre maker MRF on Tuesday said that a large number of workmen at its manufacturing plant in Chennai's Tiruvottiyur have been on strike since February 9. "The strike is illegal and the notice of the strike...has not been served on the company," MRF said. The Tiruvottiyur factory is one of the nine factories that MRF currently has across the country.
