Former Indian cricket captain MS Dhoni has been named Jharkhand's brand ambassador for the upcoming Assembly elections. "Dhoni has given his consent...to use his photo," said Chief Electoral Officer K Ravi Kumar. Under Systematic Voters' Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) programme, Dhoni will help increase voter awareness and mobilise participation in the state's electoral process.
